Will I receive a Steam Wallet code?
No. Potik credits the wallet linked to the Steam login you provide, so there is no separate code to redeem.
What is a Steam login, and how is it different from a nickname?
The login is the name you enter when signing in to Steam. A profile nickname or Steam ID will not work. You can check the exact login in Steam Account Details.
Do I need to provide my password or Steam Guard code?
No. A Steam top-up only requires the account login. Do not share your password, Steam Guard code, or email access.
Which currency will Steam credit?
Steam uses your account’s wallet currency. Potik shows the calculated wallet credit below the amount field before payment.
Where do I choose a payment method?
Use the Payment method section at checkout. It lists only the options available for the current order.
Where can I see the final order total?
Look for Total payable in the checkout section. It appears to the right of the product on desktop and below the order options on mobile.
Where can I check my order status?
Open the order page or My Purchases in your account. You will see whether the order is processing, completed, or rejected.
What should I do if my order is taking a long time?
Check the status in My Purchases. If it does not change, send the order number to support. Do not place the same order again while the first one is processing.
What if I entered the wrong account details?
Send the order number to support. The team may still be able to stop an unfinished order; account details cannot be corrected after delivery.
Can I top up someone else’s account?
Yes, if the form accepts that account’s details. Before paying, ask the owner to verify the UID, User ID, Server ID, or any other identifiers shown by the form.
